Spoiler alert:
ALL OF IT!
Exercising through pregnancy definitely requires some extra consideration and adaptation, but that doesn’t mean you’re limited to certain exercises or equipment in the gym.
The research is in and we now know how valuable strength training is during pregnancy. So why not use whatever equipment we have to make it more accessible and fun?
I regularly teach my prenatal clients how to use battle ropes, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, cables and even the sled!
And while not every exercise or piece of equipment will be right for everyone, I bet you’d be surprised at how much you can actually do with your prenatal fitness.
If you’re not sure how to get started or what equipment is right for you, I’ve got you covered! I’m a personal trainer specializing and certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness, and I’d love to show you everything that’s possible for you with your prenatal fitness!
