3 Tips for getting your workout done SUPERFAST before baby wakes up!

It doesn't matter if you've got 5 minutes or 45 minutes, these tips have you covered.
Exercise can feel really hard to plan when your baby's sleep habits are inconsistent and unpredictable. When you finally get your little one down for some sleep, you don’t know how much time you’ll have to get an exercise routine going. So here’s how to go with the flow when it comes to squeezing in your workouts:
#1. Less is more.
You don't need muscle confusion or fancy complex moves. Choose 1-3 exercises only and cycle through those on repeat.
#2. Get more bang for your buck.
Don’t isolate individual muscles or body parts. Go for full body, like squats, walkouts to plank, and bent over band rows. (Or try my combo of super sped-up moves in this video!)
#3. Repeat the circuit of 1-3 exercises as many times as nap time allows.
Whether you squeeze in 1 round or 5, you’ll have worked out your whole body and you'll finish feeling accomplished, stronger and energized.
Take the win at any size!
