Helping Clients Build Strength and Confidence For Over 9 Years

I love helping pregnant and postpartum women get stronger, feel confident and have fun with their workouts!
In my own fitness journey, I've gone from a non-athlete (picked last in gym over here!) to a bikini competitor, and now to a lover of dance, Pilates, lifting and paddle boarding. I finally learned to drop the unhealthy diet cycle and start eating with intuition and knowledge, to support my body through all the activities I love to do!

I took my first Pre and Postnatal Training course after one of my clients told me she was trying to get pregnant, and I really just wanted to be able to support her as best I could. As a trainer, it’s important that my clients feel safe and supported, so I set out to learn. Once I took that first course, I was hooked and have been specializing in pregnancy and postnatal fitness ever since!
I believe it's so important to have conversations about pelvic health, core healing and all the mama struggles and symptoms. The more we talk about these things, the more empowered we feel on our fitness journeys. I always say that nothing is TMI in the gym, and I truly mean that! After going through my own pelvic health journey, I realized that being open and honest is the best way to heal and get the support you need!
When it comes to your fitness, I'm here to support you in becoming your strongest, most confident self, because you absolutely deserve that.

Confidence comes from the inside, from the ability to overcome challenges and do things we never thought possible.

Everyone is Welcome Here
I live and work on the stolen land of the Kwikwetlem, Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, Stolo and Stz'uminus peoples. As a personal trainer in the fitness industry, I want to acknowledge that diet culture is a direct byproduct of colonization. My mission is to create an online and in-person environment that’s free from the harm and toxicity that diet culture perpetuates.
I’m here to create a safe and welcoming space for all.
