Don’t forget this key ingredient for core support through pregnancy and postpartum...

Core work is so much more than planks and crunches!
Exercises that encourage controlled and intentional spine rotation are often the ones that help you do mundane tasks and errands like lifting a carseat into the car, pulling a box of halloween decorations off a precariously packed shelf or speed walking through Costco.
When it comes to prenatal and postnatal fitness, these exercises also help take pressure off your pelvic floor and loosen up tight shoulders and back muscles.
And as an added bonus, while these moves can be quite tough, they feel soooo good on your spine!
If you’ve never done any rotational moves, start light and slow to ensure you can control the movement.
