Are You Strong Enough?

I've got a question for you: are you strong enough?

And before you answer that, you should be asking me something back: am I strong enough for what?

Exactly!

Getting through our days requires a certain amount of physical (and mental) strength, and I want you to be ready to meet those demands.

If you're pregnant…

Your body is experiencing a lot of changes over those 9 months, so strength training helps you adapt to these by supporting healthy posture, core strength and pelvic floor function. It also helps you prepare for that big day coming up!

If you're postpartum…

Your body just grew a baby and brought it into the world and now you need rest and recovery. But you also have a newborn to take care of and carry around. Strong muscles will help prevent postural aches from hours of feeding & carrying, and it will promote pelvic floor and core healing!

If you're a toddler (or dog!) parent…

Chances are you're doing some running around, carrying kicking bodies and getting surprise bodychecked out of nowhere. Keeping up with tiny energetic beings is no walk in the park (pun intended for you dog peeps), and you need to be strong to hold your own against them!

If you're starting to feel your age…

Keeping up with your usual activities might be starting to cause some aches and groans, and strength training can help you keep going! At a time when bone density starts to drop, the brain gets a little foggy and balance and coordination start to escape you, strength training builds you up, helps you stay sharp and keeps you on your toes!

So let me ask you again, are you strong enough to meet your daily life's demands?
