As a Certified Pre and Postnatal Trainer and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, I’ve been helping mamas and folks heal and support their bodies and find their strongest selves after pregnancy!

You'll get Core and Pelvic Floor foundations, full-body workouts, mobility and strength training with the help of detailed tutorials, guided workouts and progressive exercise programs.

Customization and Flexibility
The most effective workout is the one you can do, so with tons of workout options (including baby workouts!) and additional support resources, for things like Diastasis Recti and back pain, you'll have the flexibility to adapt to your unique needs and busy schedule.

Nutritional Support
You'll learn intuitive eating principles to help you support and nourish your postpartum body, along with tips, recipes and life hacks to help make cooking more convenient, guilt-free and delicious.
