My specialty (and passion!) is helping pregnant and postnatal mamas and folks heal, get stronger and feel more confident in their bodies.

I've helped my clients heal Diastasis Recti, manage leaking and pelvic floor dysfunction, lift weights without pain, but mostly find a way to make fitness a manageable and empowering part of their lifestyle so they can spend more time playing and having fun with their kids!​​

Here's How It Works
Once you sign up for your Postnatal Fitness Jumpstart, here's what will happen:

You'll receive a confirmation email with an assessment form (be sure to fill this out right away!) to fill in so I can get the full picture of what you need help with.​​

Once I receive your information, I will record and send you a video of me going over everything you provided. I will be sharing my screen and will also provide any feedback that is necessary in order for you to get started.​
​

You'll also receive a video outline of your personalized fitness plan, including exercise demonstrations, pelvic floor cues and breathing techniques all based on your assessment form. ​​

Think of this as having your very own personal trainer stop by for a 1-1 session and helping you with your biggest struggles! Sounds pretty handy, right!?​

Your personal and custom video will be sent to you within 3-5 business days, so you can start executing the fitness plan I offer you right away. Easy peasy!
