Through my experience working with pregnant and postnatal moms, post-rehab clients, athletes and everything in between, I've learned to teach clients how to tune in to their body to optimize their movement, exercise safely and feel stronger and more confident in and out of the gym.
In these private sessions, I'll meet your body where it's at, and we'll work together so you can learn safe and effective technique, get consistent with your fitness and build your strength and confidence up, one workout at a time. Choose Pilates, Personal Training or a perfect mix of the 2!

$115.00 +tax per 60-minute session

$100.00 +tax per 60-minute session
